Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
